3d Printer Giveaway

Eligibility:
 Open to current Arizona ESA-enrolled students.

Limit one (1) entry per ESA student. Multiple entries may result in disqualification of all entries. See also Entry Bonuses.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win: (a) employees of Blue Desk Academy and their immediate family members; (b) any student or family who has previously received a 3d printer through a Blue Desk Academy giveaway, contest, promotion, or drawing; and (c) any student or family who has previously returned a 3d printer purchased through Blue Desk Academy, regardless of the reason for the return.

Entry Bonuses:

Creative Expo Bonus:

ESA students who complete the official giveaway entry form while attending the Creative Expo on September 12, 2006 will have their entry form count as two (2) entries. No additional entry form is required.

ESA Audit Bonus:

If an eligible ESA student's account is currently under audit or was under audit at any time during the previous or current school year (2025-2026 or 2026-2027 school years), each entry associated with that student will count as three (3) entries. Participants claiming an ESA audit must provide reasonable documentation or other proof upon request by Blue Desk Academy. No additional entries are required.

These exceptions do not permit more than one entry form to be submitted per ESA student. Any bonus entries will be applied by Blue Desk Academy based on the information provided and/or verified.

How to Enter:
 Complete the official entry form during the giveaway period.

No purchase or payment of product or lesson is required to enter or win.

Promotional Period:
 All entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM on September 30, 2026 (9/30/2026) to be considered. 

Prize:
 One (1) winner will receive a refurbished 3D printer, Bambu Lab P2S.

This is a pickup item. The winner is responsible for picking up the 3d printer in San Tan Valley.

If the winner chooses to purchase a Blue Desk Academy 3d printing lesson, Blue Desk Academy may deliver the 3d printer to the winner's home and provide the in-home setup. Any lesson or related services are optional and must be purchased separately; they are not included with the giveaway prize.

No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.

Winner Selection:
 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes.

The selected winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of current participation in the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program prior to prize award. A winner claiming that their account is or was under audit must provide reasonable documentation upon request.

Notification:
 The winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form.

If the winner does not respond within a reasonable time or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Blue Desk Academy’s sole discretion. 

General Conditions:
Blue Desk Academy reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify duplicate or invalid entries, or entries that violate these Terms & Conditions.

By entering, participants agree to these rules and the decisions of Blue Desk Academy, which are final. 

Limitation of Liability & Sponsor Rights:
 By entering, participants release and hold harmless Blue Desk Academy from any liability related to participation in the giveaway or use of the prize. 

Blue Desk Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control affect the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
